Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of commercial vehicles by identifying potential customers, building relationships with fleet owners and transporters, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles (LCV/HCV)
• Generate retail and bulk sales through direct and channel efforts
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion rate

• Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and approach new customers such as fleet owners, transporters, and logistics companies
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups

• Product Promotion & Demonstration

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
• Promote company schemes, finance options, and offers

• Dealer & Channel Coordination

• Work closely with dealership teams and financiers for deal closure
• Ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery
• Coordinate with RTO and finance teams for documentation

• Market Intelligence

• Track competitor products, pricing, and strategies
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Identify opportunities in new segments or routes

• Documentation & Process

• Assist customers with documentation (KYC, finance, insurance)
• Ensure proper order booking and invoicing
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 years of experience in automobile/commercial vehicle sales (freshers can apply for trainee roles)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of financing options and vehicle specifications
• Willingness for extensive field work
