Job Description
· Collection Performance Management: Achieve collection targets by improving recovery rates, reducing outstanding dues, and minimizing payment defaults as per management objectives.
· Delayed Fund Recovery: Manage negotiations and structured repayment plans with delayed customers to ensure timely recovery of outstanding funds while maintaining relationships.
· Availability Management: Monitor and update day-to-day inventory availability on relevant platforms to ensure timely hold, booking, and release of units.
· Associates & Customer Service: Ensure professional and timely communication with associates and customers by addressing payment-related queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with associates, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and positive experiences.
· Compliance: Ensure adherence to RERA, JDA, home loan guidelines, and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation to minimize legal and financial risks.
· Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze regular collection and performance reports, providing actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
· Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve fund and document collection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
· Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor township managers and team members by setting goals, evaluating performance, and driving high productivity.
· Training & Development: Train and upskill township managers and team members to strengthen collection effectiveness, compliance, and customer handling.
· Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other duties assigned by senior management as required.
Skills
• Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
