Job Title: Telecaller / Admission Counselor
Location: Panvel
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions for our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls for course inquiries
• Explain course details, fees, batches, and benefits to students
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain a proper database of leads and updates
• Coordinate with the admissions and training team
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Address student queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain professional communication and rapport with prospects
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Ability to convince and handle objections
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Prior telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage
