Job Summary –
The Finance Coordinator supports loan processing, documentation, and financial operations within a bank or NBFC. The role involves coordinating between customers, sales teams, credit departments, and operations to ensure smooth disbursement and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Loan Processing & Coordination
• Coordinate end-to-end loan processing (Retail / SME / Commercial Vehicle / LAP)
• Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proofs, bank statements)
• Liaise with credit and underwriting teams for approvals
• Ensure timely loan disbursement
• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure proper completion of loan agreements and legal documentation
• Verify KYC compliance as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines
• Maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory purposes
• Track pending cases and resolve discrepancies
• Customer & Relationship Support
• Assist customers with loan application queries and status updates
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Sales teams
• Provide support for onboarding and post-disbursement services
• Financial Operations
• Monitor disbursement schedules and fund flow
• Coordinate EMI setup, ECS/NACH processing
• Track repayment schedules and highlight overdue accounts
• Reporting & MIS
• Maintain daily MIS reports on loan status, disbursements, and pipeline
• Update internal systems and CRM tools
• Provide reports to management for decision-making
Qualifications & Skills
• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services
• Basic understanding of loan products and financial documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems

Preferred Experience
• Experience with NBFCs or in banking.
