Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify client training requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs effectively.
• Develop training materials, presentations, PPTs, and learning content.
• Coordinate with SMEs, trainers, and internal stakeholders for smooth training execution.
• Manage session scheduling, dry runs, and training delivery operations.
• Handle Zoom/LMS coordination and participant communication.
• Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution.
• Collect participant feedback and track attendance and assessments.
• Manage LMS updates, documentation, and training databases.
• Prepare post-training reports, client reports, and follow-up updates.
• Ensure SOP compliance, quality audits, and process reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and process optimization.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless L&D operations.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for training activities.
• Contribute to professional development and overall process improvement initiatives.
